This interview was conducted with Dr. Maggie Sokolik of the University of California, Berkeley College Writing Programs on April 30, 2001. In it, she discusses a teacher-training course focused on integrating authentic materials into EFL classes in Egypt. After completing the recording session, I divided the original audio source into five parts for a convenient streaming download. The interview segments are available in text and Flash audio format. You’ll need the free Macromedia Flash plugin to play the audio files.
